Shipping, Returns & Subscriptions
EquiPacs currently only supports shipping to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
Shipping on UK Mainland orders valuing £25.00 and over is free.
Shipping on UK Mainland orders of value less the £25.00 is charged at £3.99.
Please contact us to arrange shipping for Northern Ireland and Europe.
Shipping is estimated to arrive 48 hours after dispatch. Please note this is NOT 48 hours after the order has been placed. All products are made to order so please allow up to 7 days for your first order to be fulfilled before it is dispatched.

Unfortunately due to the nature of EquiPacs being an equine food product and entirely custom made, we are unable to accept returns unless your goods have arrived in a damaged or unsuitable state or the original packaging is unopened/tampered with (PrePacs only).
If this is the case please get in touch with our team as quickly as possible after receiving your items to organise your return.
If you are concerned your horse may be fussy and not eat your chosen EquiPac then we’ve got you covered. Email our team about a free sample so you can be assured ahead of your purchase that your horse fully approves!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your order will auto-renew on the same date each month that you signed up. Should you need to change your renewal date please contact our team to assist you.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
Your horses subscription contents can be changed at any time ahead of your next renewal. Once a renewal payment has been made adjustments to your order can not be made.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or email our team at: email@example.com
