30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on any non-custom products purchased directly from EquiPacs Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return is within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition it was received. 

CustomPacs

For any of our CustomPac products these are non- returnable as they are created unique to your horses specification. If you are concerned regarding palatably, they please make use of our 7-day trial before signing up your horse. 

Palatability

Our full range of products have been developed with your horses palatability and preference in mind. We recommend gradually introducing supplements to fussy feeders or a period of several days to weeks. EquiPacs Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund based on an individual horses feeding preferences. We do offer 7 day trials of any of our products to provide piece of mind before purchasing a larger volume of any of our products. 

Refund Process

Items for return need to be sent to: EquiPacs Ltd, Unit 10, Carriers Way, East Hoathly, BN8 6AG. Following receipt and inspection our team will confirm your return and advise of the approval or rejection of your return via email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within  few days. If you haven't received your refund yet, please allow 7 days before contacting our team to give it time to reconcile in your bank account. 

Shipping Costs

Please be advised the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on your order this will be less the cost of the shipping.
